OK, last time I make a Mexican historical figure, someone told me to do a series of them, and someone else suggest me to do a pony of Juarez.

Joining both ideas I present this: Second on Mexico's Historical Characters series: Ponito Juarez.

The background is very crappy, I will fix it latter (if I remember), but it does have a meaning, which is this: religion was separated of politics by him, which obviously generated a lot of uproar. The wind represents this, and also a little Mexican popular saying.

"(Insert-event-here) did what the wind to Juarez"

Hence the ex-precedent never was seen without its characteristic coiffure.

He wasn't an expressive one, so I leave it like that too.
